The internal Copr is down due to migration to a new hardware. NFS should have still been available so we wouldn’t be blocked, but that isn’t working either. It affects Testing Farm guest setup stage which relies on several internal Copr repositories. ETA is unknown.

NFS is slowly getting back. Copr repositories should become readable again. This unblocks the guest setup stage.
