Things should be finally resuming. We were today hamerred by requests trying to install 3k+ artifacts from ELN. Unfortunately the initial clenaup did not go well and we found a bug preventing the jobs to die. That caused delays. We are sorry for the trouble. The queue should start slowly go down. We are trying to scale up to deal with the current queue.
