We are seeing elevated error rate when provisioning Beaker, investigation is in progress.

Seems things look more stable now, reported to #help-beaker channel for investigation of the 500s we and users directly interacting with Beaker API were seeing: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04KRPW1HJ4/p1765266395518069

Resolved, it was caused by Beaker going out of disk space :(
