Some rpminspect jobs terminated on out-of-memory

We are aware of an issue causing rpminspect jobs to be terminted on out-of-memory events even if they have abidiff check disabled. We have rolled back the oom monitoring and are working on a fix in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/TFT-3380. Please restart any jobs if you encounter any falsly terminated jobs. They should be passing now.

The issue was addressed and only certain requests should be now termindated and the documentation should be correct. Resolving.
